Dr. Francisco Arabia is an experienced Thoracic Surgeon with a demonstrated history of expertise in mechanical circulatory support, total artificial heart, and heart transplantation. With a strong background in the hospital and healthcare industries, he is skilled in medical devices, critical care medicine, biotechnology, and healthcare management. Dr. Arabia holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Pennsylvania, an engineering degree from Tulane University, and an MBA from the University of Arizona. His combination of clinical expertise and leadership in healthcare drives innovation and excellence in both patient care and medical technology.

With a robust background in healthcare technology and analytics, Charles currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Blue Book Services, LLC, where he leads innovative tech initiatives in a remote capacity. Previously, Charles was the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Clearsense, LLC, a data platform recognized by Gartner for its groundbreaking approach to data management in healthcare. His leadership at Clearsense spanned nearly nine years, during which he developed a platform that empowered organizations with real-time data-driven decisions.

She has a proven track record of leading organizations through challenging scenarios, including turnarounds, cost reductions, and mergers. As a former CEO of a $1.5 billion health system, Dianne successfully negotiated a major affiliation agreement and implemented a strategic plan for post-acquisition growth.

Additionally, Jeff has extensive knowledge of industry standards like CMMC, FedRAMP, HITRUST, ISOs, PCI-DSS, and SOC2, making him an invaluable asset in the cybersecurity and IT landscape.

She holds a certification in heart failure (CHFN) and currently works as a Healthcare Consultant, leveraging her extensive clinical knowledge to provide valuable insights and improve patient outcomes for individuals with heart failure.
